55-year-old Robert Shawn Harriman (Springfield, Missouri) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, June 7, 2021.
At approximately 1:18 p.m. Mr. Harriman was traveling west on U.S. Highway 62 (U.S. 412) when his vehicle (2008 Ford F650) left the roadway before overcorrecting and reentering the roadway. Mr. Harriman’s vehicle exited the roadway again before striking multiple trees and overturning.
64-year-old Diana Reed Harriman (Springfield, MO) and 85-year-old Chelsey Frank Harriman (Springfield, MO) both sustained injuries in the accident and were transported with injuries to Baxter Regional Medical Center.
Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry at the time of the accident.
