Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
65-year-old Rebecca Hill French (Texarkana, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
At approximately 3:33 p.m. Ms. French was traveling west on East 3rd Street in Texarkana when she attempted to make a lefthand turn onto Hickory Street (Highway 71). Ms. French’s vehicle (2006 Ford Taurus) was struck on its driver’s side by a northbound vehicle (2004 BMW 745I). Ms. French’s vehicle spun off the roadway colliding with a vacant building.
62-year-old Lois Ann Riley (Texarkana, AR) was a passenger in the vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision.
