Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
40-year-old Phillip K. Gann (Paris, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, June 1, 2023.
At approximately 9:11 a.m. Mr. Phillip Gann was traveling west on State Highway 22 in Paris, Arkansas when a southbound vehicle attempted to turn onto State Highway 22. The vehicle (2011 Volkswagen) made a lefthand turn into Mr. Gann’s path. Mr. Gann’s motorcycle (2007 Suzuki) collided with the Volkswagen vehicle.
Mr. Gann was transported to UAMS in Little Rock where he later succumbed to his injuries.
