Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
24-year-old Peyton L. Mitchell (Benton, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
At approximately 1:15 a.m. Mr. Peyton Mitchell was traveling south on State Highway 229 when his vehicle (2009 Chevy Tahoe) left the roadway near Jackman Trail. Mr. Mitchell’s vehicle struck a tree before coming to a final rest.
