Pedestrian Struck on I-430 in Little Rock

25-year-old Timothy Tyrone Harris, Jr. (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, May 8, 2023.

At approximately 2:17 p.m. Mr. Harris, Jr. crossed the northbound lanes of traffic on foot in an attempt to “pick up an unknown item.” A northbound vehicle attempted to avoid striking Mr. Harris, Jr. but struck Mr. Harris, Jr. with its right front bumper as its left front bumper struck the cable barrier.

Mr. Harris, Jr. was transported to Baptist Health Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
