42-year-old Donald Manning Jr. was fatally struck by a vehicle while walking on the 1900 block of Arkansas Highway 7 near 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 11th.
The accident occurred north of El Dorado in Union County. Mr. Manning was struck by a southbound 2004 Toyota.
Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly clear and dry.
