Nikki Youngblood-Starn Fatally Injured in Rainy I-40 Wreck

28-year-old Nikki Youngblood-Starn (Keota, Oklahoma) was fatally injured in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 40 in Crawford County in the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 15.

At approximately 4:15 a.m. Mrs. Youngblood-Starn was the passenger in a 2006 Chevrolet HHR headed west on I-40. The vehicle left the interstate near mile marker 15 striking two trees before coming to a final rest in the ditch on the north side of the roadway.

The driver, 33-year-old Richard Starn (Keota, OK) was transported with injuries to Sparks Hospital in Van Buren.

Conditions at the time of the accident were reportedly rainy and wet.
