31-year-old James Stribling (Madison, Mississippi) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
At approximately 10:30 p.m. Mr. Stribling was struck by an 18-wheeler (2017 Freightliner) traveling north on I-55 in a one-lane construction zone. Mr. Stribling was then struck by three additional vehicles. Mr. Stribling was transported to Great River Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
