63-year-old Max Davis (Mountainburg, AR) and 81-year-old Everett Jackson (Fort Smith, AR) were fatally injured in an accident that occurred shortly at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3.
Mr. Davis was driving and Mr. Jackson a passenger on a 2017 Polaris that was headed southeast on North Railroad Avenue in Rudy, Arkansas. Their Polaris left the roadway and flipped.
Weather and road conditions at the time were reportedly clear.
