31-year-old Lawanda Lovell (Jacksonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Saturday, October 19, 2019.
At approximately 10:23 p.m. Ms. Lovell was the passenger on a 1987 TaoTao scooter traveling on Highway 161 (Jacksonville Highway). 24-year-old Gregory Brooks (North Little Rock, AR) was driving the scooter at the time of the accident. According to the report, Mr. Brooks’ scooter collided with another vehicle (1999 Cadillac) traveling on Highway 161.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
