AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
55-year-old Lavel D. Hammons (Oklahoma City, OK) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, March 22, 2021.
At approximately 8:35 p.m. Mr. Hammons was reportedly “lying in the roadway” when an eastbound 18-wheeler (2015 Mack Truck) on Interstate 40 took Exit 37 and struck Mr. Hammons.
Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry.
