Teenager Fatally Struck on I-530 in Arkansas

19-year-old Kalei W. Owen (Bentonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.

At approximately 10:36 p.m. Ms. Kalei Owen was walking north along I-530 in Jefferson County when she was struck by a vehicle near mile marker 27. The unidentified vehicle fled the scene of the accident.
