Greenbrier Man Fatally Injured in Hwy 65 Collision
28-year-old Jonathan Head (Malvern, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, September 17, 2021.
At approximately 5:31 a.m. Mr. Head was traveling east on Old Military Road when his vehicle left the roadway before reentering and leaving the roadway again. Mr. Head’s vehicle (1997 Honda) struck a tree before coming to a final rest.
Weather conditions were cloudy and road conditions dry at the time of the accident.
