60-year-old Jerry Giddings (Jacksonville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, February 3, 2019.
At approximately 11:15 p.m. Mr. Giddings was westbound on Interstate 30 near mile marker 93 when he attempted to leave the interstate and enter the rest area. Mr. Gidding’s vehicle struck a parked Volvo tractor-trailer.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry at the time of the accident.
