48-year-old Jason A. Duggan (Batesville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.
At approximately 4:37 p.m. Mr. Duggan was the passenger in a vehicle (2018 GMC Sierra) traveling south on U.S. Highway 167 near Pfeiffer when the vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with a northbound vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Silverado) in the northbound lane of traffic.
52-year-old Michael S. French (Hardy, AR) and 29-year-old Skyler U. Spivey (Batesville, AR) were both injured in the accident.
Weather conditions were rainy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
