63-year-old James Mattingly (Bismarck, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
At approximately 2:18 p.m. Mr. Mattingly was traveling east on Highway 84 in Hot Spring County when his vehicle left the roadway and entered the southside ditch of Highway 84.
Weather conditions were reportedly cloudy and road conditions dry at the time of the accident.
