53-year-old James B. Childers Jr. (Walnut Ridge, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, October 24, 2019.
At approximately 11:50 a.m. Mr. Childers was traveling east on Highway 412 near Walnut Ridge when his vehicle (2001 Ford Explorer) crossed the centerline and collided head-on with an 18-wheeler (1998 Freightliner) traveling west on Highway 412.
