Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
18-year-old Reacis Amilio (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, February 17, 2023.
At approximately 6:47 a.m. Mr. Amilio was traveling east on I-40 when he lost control while taking Exit 199. Mr. Amilio’s vehicle (2015 Dodge) collided with the rear trailer of an 18-wheeler (2019 Freightliner) parked along the exit ramp.
