Sydney Owens Fatally Struck in Fort Smith
19-year-old Parker Joseph Boyd (Conway, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, January 27, 2023.
Shortly after 6:00 a.m. Mr. Boyd was traveling north on U.S. Highway 65 in Southside when his vehicle (2003 Chevrolet) left the roadway before overturning.
