AR Head-On Collision Claims the Life of Shyann Lee
36-year-old Betty Y. Burns (Newport, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
At approximately 6:15 p.m. Ms. Burns was a passenger in a vehicle (2002 Ford Mustang) traveling north on State Highway 367 in Newport. Ms. Burns’ vehicle was traveling in the inside northbound lane of Hwy 367 when it veered into the outside lane and collided with a northbound vehicle (2015 Chevy Silverado). The front end of the Chevy vehicle struck the passenger side of Ms. Burns’ Ford vehicle.
Ms. Burns sustained fatal injuries in the accident.
