Hwy 23 Motorcycle Wreck on Saturday Proves Fatal

52-year-old Charles A. Lucous (Palatine, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, May 6, 2023.

At approximately 2:45 p.m. Mr. Lucous was driving his motorcycle (2019 Harley Davidson) south on State Highway 23 north of Huntsville when his motorcycle left the roadway while negotiating a right-hand curve. Mr. Lucous sustained fatal injuries in the accident.

50-year-old Aubre Van Hoesen (Kenosha, AR) was a passenger on the motorcycle and sustained injuries in the accident. Ms. Van Hoesen was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
