Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
65-year-old Michael Laurance Helms (Marshall, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Monday, October 24, 2022.
At approximately 1:32 p.m. Mr. Michael Helms was traveling north on U.S. Highway 65 in Leslie when his vehicle (2018 Ford) crossed the centerline south of Little Red River Bridge. Mr. Helms’ vehicle collided head-on with a southbound 18-wheeler (2014 Freightliner).
