Harding Avenue Wreck Claims Pine Bluff Man's Life

55-year-old Chuck V. Cosen (Pine Bluff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, April 30, 2023.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. a westbound vehicle (2013 Lincoln) attempted to change lanes after seeing a downed motorcycle in the righthand lane. Upon changing lanes, the vehicle struck Mr. Cosen, “who was lying in the left lane,” according to the police report.
