Trucks Collide Head-on on I-30 in Arkansas, Claiming Both Driver's Lives

34-year-old Felix Carrillo-Guzman (Cienaga de Flores, Mexico) and 43-year-old Ismail Kiberu (Pittsburg, CA) were both fatally injured in an accident in Arkansas on Friday, March 4, 2022.

At approximately 4:00 p.m. Mr. Kiberu was traveling east on Interstate 30 when his truck (2014 Freightliner Box Truck) crossed the median and entered westbound traffic near mile marker 100. Mr. Kiberu’s truck collided head-on with an 18-wheeler (2014 Freightliner).

Mr. Carrillo-Guzman was driving the westbound 18-wheeler.

Both drivers sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
