Franklin County Car Wreck Proves Fatal on Saturday

40-year-old Eric Sigler (Ratcliff, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, September 14, 2024.

At approximately 2:00 a.m. Mr. Sigler was driving south of Ozark on State Highway 23 south of Quail Ridge Road when his vehicle (1988 Chevy Camaro) crossed the centerline before leaving the roadway. Mr. Sigler’s Camaro struck the western ditch before overturning. Mr. Sigler sustained fatal injuries in the accident.

24-year-old Kayla Knight (Branch, AR) was a passenger in the vehicle and was transported with injuries to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith.
