Head-on Collision Near Wynne Proves Fatal
56-year-old Donna McKinley (Newport, AR) was fatally injured in an incident on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
At approximately 6:11 p.m. Ms. McKinley was walking along N. State Street in Newport when an unknown vehicle struck Ms. McKinley. Ms. McKinley was transported to Unity Health – Harris Medical Center where she later succumbed to her injuries.
