Teenager Fatally Injured in Magnolia, AR Wreck
30-year-old Derek James Fitts (London, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, July 26, 2020.
Shortly after 1:30 p.m. Mr. Fitts was traveling west on Highway 359 near London. A pick-up truck (1999 Ford F250) with trailer and boat in tow turning left off County Road 2730 onto Highway 359 turned in front of Mr. Fitts’ motorcycle. Mr. Fitts’ motorcycle (2004 Yamaha YZF R6) collided with the driver’s side of the boat in tow.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
