Greenbrier Man Fatally Injured in Hwy 65 Collision
22-year-old Dawson Lawler (Lumberton, Mississippi) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
At approximately 8:47 a.m. Mr. Lawler was traveling south on State Highway 88 when his vehicle (2021 Ford) crossed the centerline near Rob Roy Road in Altheimer. Mr. Lawler’s vehicle collided head-on with a northbound vehicle (2016 Ford).
38-year-old Rubi Osorio (Altheimer, AR) and an unidentified minor passenger were traveling in the northbound Ford vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision.
Those injured were transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
Weather conditions were foggy and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
