Fatal Collision on US 79 Near Pine Bluff, AR
75-year-old Connie M. Pannell (Horatio, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
At approximately 5:40 a.m. Ms. Pannell was reportedly attempting to cross Highway 71 at the intersection with Main Street in Lockesburg when she was struck by a southbound Mack Truck. Ms. Pannell sustained fatal injuries in the collision.
