29-year-old Christina Dominquez (Hot Springs, Arkansas) was fatally injured in an accident on Friday, November 3, 2023.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. Ms. Dominquez was the passenger in a vehicle (2016 Honda) traveling south on Highway 5 South in Hot Springs. A vehicle (2007 Toyota) traveling north on Highway 5 crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Ms. Dominquez’s vehicle in the southbound lane of traffic. Ms. Christina Dominquez sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

27-year-old Rosalinda Sanchez (Hot Springs, AR) was driving the Honda vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision. 39-year-old Venancio Nabarrete (Little Rock, AR) was traveling in the Toyota vehicle and sustained injuries in the collision.
