Wrong Way Vehicle on I-40 Leads to Fatal Wreck
29-year-old Brittney D. Layton (Higginson, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
Shortly after 9:30 p.m. Ms. Layton was traveling south on Highway 11 when her vehicle lost control while navigating a curve. Ms. Layton’s vehicle (2007 Nissan) left the roadway before striking a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
