Collision with Large Truck Claims the Life of Brian Moser

34-year-old Brian D. Moser (Batesville, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

At approximately 12:22 p.m. Mr. Moser was the passenger in a vehicle (2014 Isuzu) traveling south on U.S. 167 in Independence County. A southbound fuel tanker (2019 Peterbilt) stopped at a railroad crossing near Valley Lane and Mr. Moser’s vehicle collided with the rear of the stopped fuel tanker.

Mr. Brian Moser sustained fatal injuries in the collision.

20-year-old Samuel P. Crawford (Batesville, AR) sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to UAMS in Little Rock.
