59-year-old Anthony Bishop Heard (Sheridan, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, June 8, 2020.

At approximately 1:25 p.m. Mr. Heard was traveling north on Highway 35 when his vehicle lost control on wet roads while navigating a curve in the 9000 block of Highway 35. Mr. Heard’s vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with a vehicle near the southbound ditch that attempted to avoid the collision.

65-year-old Glenn Charles Sligh (El Dorado, AR) and 65-year-old Cathy W. Sligh (El Dorado, AR) were injured in the accident.

Weather conditions were cloudy with heavy rain and road conditions wet at the time of the accident.
