Vehicle Stopped on I-430 in LR Results in Fatal Accident

36-year-old Anselmo Ambrocio-Sanchez (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

At approximately 2:10 a.m. Mr. Ambrocia-Sanchez and 29-year-old Tony Rubio-Perez (Little Rock, AR) were stopped in the southbound lane of traffic on I-430 in Little Rock near mile marker 2. A southbound vehicle (2015 Dodge Durango) struck Mr. Abrocia-Sanchez’s vehicle (1994 Dodge Ram).

Mr. Ambrocio-Sanchez sustained fatal injuries in the collision. Mr. Rubio-Perez was transported with injury to UAMS in Little Rock.

Road conditions were wet at the time of the accident.
