27-year-old Adam Richard Etter (Heber Springs, Arkansas) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Monday, July 8, 2019.
At approximately 9:54 p.m. Mr. Etter was driving west on State Highway 110 near Fox Run when his vehicle (2012 Dodge) crossed the centerline and left the roadway. Mr. Etter’s vehicle struck a tree before overturning.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
