As a native of Texarkana and a past resident of Camden, Hope, Fort Smith, Gurdon, and Fayetteville, I am passionate about serving the people of Arkansas and beyond. I spent my childhood in southern Arkansas. As a 10th grader I settled on a career in law after realizing my dreams of playing professional tennis might not be realistic.
I first lived in Arkadelphia as a college student at Ouachita Baptist University, left to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law, and returned with my wife Terri in 1986. We’ve been here ever since.
The best part of practicing, for me, has always been working with clients, explaining legal issues to people who don’t have a background in law. I took my first personal injury case in 1992, when a client brought me the stack of letters she had received from personal injury lawyers after she was involved in a car accident. Instead of hiring one of those firms, she asked me to represent her. As I worked with more and more people who had been seriously injured, I realized that many people do not know their rights as accident victims.
Eventually, I started the Taylor King law firm to meet the needs of my friends and neighbors. Our first office was a two-room, 125-year-old building in downtown Arkadelphia.
We’ve grown since then; today we have a team of more than 20 attorneys and over 50 professional staff members who are ready to help. With offices throughout Arkansas and Texas, we’ve got you covered. We advocate for clients in the areas of car, truck, or motorcycle accidents, slip and fall injuries, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, defective product injuries, and social security disability claims.
At Taylor King Law, we handle your case like a long-distance race, not a sprint. We will always work to settle your case as quickly as possible so that you can get your bills paid and move on with your life, but we will never cut corners or allow the insurance company to take advantage of you. It’s a process, and we are honored to walk through it alongside you. Because our attorney’s fee is a percentage of your settlement, if there is no settlement then there is no fee.
Thank you for letting us be on your side, by your side for 30 years.
“On Your Side – By Your Side” is more than a slogan, it’s our commitment to each of our clients.
Our experienced team of personal injury lawyers will be on your side every step of the way.
Call us at 870.246.0505 or toll-free at 1.866.442.0576 and you’ll speak with an experienced team member ready to answer your questions.
An initial consultation with an attorney is both free and confidential. And because we work on a contingency basis, we only get paid once we win your case.
Our law firm is equipped with the technology and training to handle everything online and over the phone, so you never have to leave your home.
Visit us at any of our seven locations across Arkansas, and into Texas, if you prefer to meet with an attorney face-to-face. Can’t come to us? We’ll come to you – we have investigators across the state.
Please describe your accident and the injuries you sustained. One of our experienced injury lawyers will contact you for a free case evaluation. If we’re able to assist and you’re unable to travel, we can meet you at your home, workplace, or hospital.
