21-Year-Old Loses Life in Tontitown Collision

21-year-old Emily Astrid Adams (Toccoa Falls, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Thursday, October 4 shortly after 9:30 p.m.

Ms. Adams was headed west on Highway 412 (Henri De Tonti Boulevard) in a 2005 Toyota Camry when her vehicle veered across the center turn lane and into eastbound traffic. Ms. Adams’ vehicle struck a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon in the driver’s side rear corner before then striking a 2005 Nissan Titan in the passenger side of the vehicle.

Four others were injured in the accident: driver Alex Kochan (Rogers, AR), and passengers Ashley Kochan (Rogers, AR) along with two unidentified minors in the Nissan Titan pick-up truck. Those injured were transported to Mercy Hospital Northwest.

Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
