Woman Struck on Highway 167 in Cave City
35-year-old Richard Jordan Ottaway (Sulphur Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident on Sunday, September 19, 2021.
At approximately 1:17 a.m. Mr. Ottaway was traveling west on North Vaughn Street in Sulphur Rock when his ATV (2020 Polaris Ranger) lost control in loose gravel before rolling over.
