Pedestrian Struck & Killed on Colonel Glenn in Little Rock

73-year-old Doug Richards (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, October 11, 2020.

At approximately 9:19 p.m. Mr. Richards was walking south along Colonel Glenn Road in Little Rock when he “stepped in front of” a vehicle traveling east on Colonel Glenn Road.

Conditions were reportedly clear and dry.
