Paula Hernandez Fatally Injured in Glenwood Collision on Highway 70

58-year-old Paula Hernandez (Glenwood, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Sunday, February 23, 2020.

At approximately 6:15 a.m. Ms. Hernandez was traveling east on U.S. Highway 70 near Glenwood when a westbound vehicle (2011 GMC pick-up) crossed the centerline and struck Ms. Hernandez’s vehicle (2004 Mazda MPV).

An unidentified male minor was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was transported with injuries to St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs.

Weather conditions were reportedly cloudy and road conditions dry.
