Head-on Collision Near Big Lake Claims 2 Lives
61-year-old Michael W. Dixon (Foreman, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Friday, May 10, 2019.
At approximately 2:38 p.m. Mr. Dixon was traveling north on North Bell Street in Foreman, Arkansas. Mr. Dixon attempted to make the curve as North Bell Street turns right into 8th Street but failed to negotiate the curve and left the roadway. Mr. Dixon’s vehicle (1995 Toyota pick-up truck) struck a tree.
Conditions were reportedly clear and dry at the time of the accident.
