51-year-old Leelenn Ray Branscum (Calico Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place on Wednesday, November 21 at approximately 4:40 p.m.
Mr. Branscum was traveling south on State Highway 5 north of Allison, Arkansas on a 2006 Honda motorcycle. Mr Branscum was attempting to pass a vehicle when he lost control and fell from the motorcycle.
Conditions at the time were reportedly clear and dry.
