63-year-old Kandy Holubec was fatally injured in an accident that occurred on Monday, November 12 shortly after 5:30 p.m.
Ms. Holubec was driving west on Round Spring Road near State Highway 9 in Clinton when her vehicle left the roadway and went over the right side of the bridge across Slick Rock Creek. Her 1993 Nissan flipped and landed upside down in the creek.
Conditions at the time of the accident were rainy and wet.
