Fort Smith Intersection Wreck Proves Fatal on Saturday
26-year-old Quinten Young (Little Rock, AR) was fatally injured in an accident that took place at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14 in Little Rock.
Mr. Young was traveling east on Cantrell Road (Highway 10) in Little Rock near Interstate 430 in a 2016 Mazda. 49-year-old Jack Winover (Little Rock, AR) was traveling west on Cantrell Road in a 1999 Chevrolet and hit an ice patch. Mr. Winover’s vehicle slid and crossed the median colliding with Mr. Young’s vehicle. Mr. Young was pronounced deceased at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock.
Weather conditions at the time were snow and ice. Road conditions were icy.
