Teenager Fatally Injured During Head-on Collision in Springdale

Springdale 19-year-old, Anna N. Gadison, was fatally injured during a car crash at 4:20 am on December 13, 2017 in Springdale, Arkansas on Interstate 49.

Ms. Gadison was driving a Honda Insight. Mr. Melvin Garner, 58, of Springdale, was driving the other vehicle involved in the accident – a Volvo tractor-trailer. Ms. Gadison was driving south in the northbound lane near mile marker 73, when she struck Mr. Garner’s vehicle. Mr. Garner was taken to Northwest Medical Center in Springdale.

Conditions were reportedly dry and clear at the time of the accident.
