Teenager Fatally Injured in Magnolia, AR Wreck
54-year-old Ralph Addy Jr. of Little Rock was fatally injured during the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 8 while crossing the river bridge between Little Rock and North Little Rock. At 5:43 a.m. Davontay Key, of North Little Rock, struck the bridge rail of northbound Interstate 30 and lost control of his vehicle, a 2005 Mazda, before coming to a rest in the left lane. A second vehicle (1999 Chevrolet) driven by James Allen, of Montgomery, Alabama, struck the rear of Mr. Key’s Mazda and came to rest in front of Mr. Key’s vehicle. A third vehicle (2005 Cadillac) driven by Mr. Ralph Addy Jr. then struck the rear of the first vehicle, rotated and struck the concrete barrier before colliding with the second vehicle. Mr. Raymond Pope and an unidentified minor were passengers in the Cadillac. They and those injured were transported to UAMS Hospital, St. Vincent Medical Center, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
