Health insurance plays a crucial role in every automobile case. I think a lot of people think, this is someone else’s fault. Why does my insurance have anything to do with this? But it couldn’t be more the opposite.

It plays a very important role. A lot of providers, what you need after an accident when you’ve been injured is you need to be treated by a doctor. And a lot of providers will only treat if you have health insurance and, or they want to treat if you have they want to use your health insurance if you treat it. And I think a lot of people think, oh, I don’t want my insurance to be billed for this.

But most health insurances are actually gonna, what we call, sub brigade back for the at fault insurance. They’re gonna send us a lien and we’re gonna end up getting them reimbursed in the end anyway. So it’s very important if you do have health insurance to let your providers know that early on because that’s gonna be best way for you to get the treatment that you need for this accident.
