What Kinds of Cases Do We Handle at Taylor King Law

The type of cases we handle are typically personal injury cases where someone is injured or killed in an accident of some sort. For the most part, car accident cases, big truck cases, we represent people that are drivers and passengers of cars, but also drivers and passengers in big trucks. We also handle motorcycle accident cases. We also do medical malpractice cases, nursing home abuse cases, and then from time to time we’ll take a products liability case where a defective product injures one of our clients or results in a death. There are several mass tort cases that we’re currently handling, but those that list continues to, evolve. Currently, we’re doing three m, combat veteran combat cases where they we have hearing loss. We’re handling Roundup cases, mesothelioma from asbestos.

We’re also taking Juul, the e-cigarette, cases. And then Zantac is a new drug that’s causing cancer. We’re taking those cases. And then Cipro, cases. We’re currently handling those cases also.
