Staff Spotlight: Mary Lynn

We’re shining the Staff Spotlight on Mary Lynn in Conway!

Mary joined the firm in May 2025 as an Intake Specialist. She brings with her a love for connection, growth, and the outdoors.

When it comes to travel, some of her favorite spots are closer to home, including Petit Jean and the Buffalo River. Here she enjoys being surrounded by nature and taking time to slow down and recharge. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting whatever sparks her interest that week, shopping at flea markets, attending concerts, and spending time with her favorite people. This year is especially meaningful to her, as she is focused on pushing herself to new heights, setting higher expectations for her growth, and stepping into a stronger version of herself both personally and professionally.

The best piece of advice that has stuck with her is: “Never take criticism from anyone you wouldn’t take advice from.”

A fun fact about Mary is that she has taken flying lessons and has a passion for animals. She previously maintained a homestead complete with a garden, ducks, quail, chickens, geese, and even a goat!

When it comes to food, she loves comfort meals, especially anything homemade, because it just hits different. In her role, Mary believes empathy and communication are essential. Her goal is to ensure people feel supported and truly heard. What she enjoys most about her role is connecting with others. Mary enjoys being part of a team that works together to support people during difficult times, and seeing happy clients.
