Staff Spotlight: Madison Wright

This month we’re shining the spotlight on Madison Wright, who has been with Taylor King Law since September 2022.

Madison started as a records clerk before she transitioned to a member of our intake department. She enjoys our teamwork atmosphere and that we are continually improving our services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Madison has used speaking with distressed clients as an opportunity to utilize empathy. “It can be difficult to maneuver conversations while trying to be respectful of their situation while gathering personal information. Every situation and person is unique. I’ve learned the best thing to do is listen and have empathy in any way I can.”

Her perfect weekend involves a spontaneous road trip to an uncharted destination. Exploring new places, trying new food, and indulging in a bit of retail therapy is what recharges her spirit.

Galatians 5:13 serves as a guiding principle for Madison. She believes in utilizing her talents to serve others, spreading love, and extending grace—a philosophy that influences her work interactions.

Madison dreams of challenging herself by participating in an Ironman race, and enjoys triathlon training and baking.
